Director Adrian Osmond is talking about Opera Highlights, Scottish Opera's long-running annual show which takes four singers and a pianist across the length and breadth of the country, this year from as far north as Durness to as far south as Stranraer. As always, the show will feature well-known pieces and some surprises from less well-known works, but this year there is an extra twist. As the central segment of the '50 venues for 50 years' celebrations of the Company's golden anniversary, the arias and ensembles will be taken from operas performed by Scottish Opera since 1962...
