What the audience thought

Tell us what you think!
During our tour of Carmen, we'll be asking the audience to let us know what they thought of the production. We've had some great responses so far - here's a snapshot:
'We thoroughly enjoyed this performance - the small cast worked really hard and achieved much success with clarity and emotion. Well done!'
(Hamilton)
'The production was low key but very effective - the harsh reality of the story shone through. This is an ideal touring production.' (Glasgow)
'I have just come home from seeing my first ever opera. I thoroughly enjoyed it and thought the cast and the orchestra were very good!' (Dunfermline)
'A wonderful performance at this splendid large theatre recently reopened... house nearly full and good to see so many young folk at £5 a ticket, probable their first opera. Fine orchestra and cast with wonderful voices.' (Dunfermline)
'I was at Carmen in the Citizens in Glasgow and thought it was wonderful, we were really enthralled. I've only really 'got into' opera in the past couple of years but productions like this will certainly keep me coming back.' (Glasgow)
Love it or hate it, this is your chance to tell us what you thought of the show. If you'd like to get in touch, please email your comments to thisiswhatithink@scottishopera.org.uk.
