Terms and Conditions – Children’s Chorus 

The Children’s Chorus cost is £225 for three academic terms until Summer 2026.

If you would prefer to pay in 3 x instalments of £75, the second instalment is due by Wednesday 17 December 2025, with the next instalment due 4 weeks before the start of the Summer term.

Before the term starts:

Scottish Opera reserves the right to cancel a course. If a course is cancelled, all parents and carers will be notified and refunds for the full course amount will be issued within 14 days.

During the term:

If your child is not able to continue with their membership for a medical reason, or due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly by emailing childrenschorus@scottishopera.org.uk.

A partial refund of up to £100 will be available (£50 for each term 2 and 3 if you have chosen to pay in instalments) until Wednesday 4 February 2026. After this date no refunds will be issued for term 2.

Please note that due to deadlines in place around children’s licences, costume fittings and the production rehearsal schedule, we are not able to offer membership refunds to children taking part in any Scottish Opera production beyond the Children's Chorus - The Great Wave and The Marriage of Figaro.
