Scottish Opera’s Emerging Artists programme gives early-career singers, repetiteurs and costume makers the opportunity of a lifetime – a period of full-time work with company to help them launch their careers.

This Season's Emerging Artists – soprano Kira Kaplan, mezzo-soprano Chloe Harris, tenor Luvo Maranti, baritone Daniel Barrett, bass-baritone Edward Jowles and repetiteurs Meghan Rhoades and Toby Stanford – will perform in recitals at the University of St Andrews, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and University of Glasgow this Autumn, giving the young artists a chance to perform arias, duets, and ensembles of their choice displaying a wide variety of opera’s best numbers.
