Refund policy

Types of membership available:

• £30 | Membership expires on 18 March 2026 (9 weeks)
  
  
• £40 | Membership expires on 18 March 2026 (9 weeks)
  
  
• £50 | Membership expires on 18 March 2026 (9 weeks)
  
  

Refunds:

Before Tuesday 20 January 2026, all memberships are refundable.

From Tuesday 20 January 2026, partial refunds are available for the £30, £40 and £50 memberships. An option to credit your Scottish Opera account instead will be given.

You will be discounted the value of two sessions, depending on your membership level (eg. for £50/9 weeks subscription, £40.50 will be refunded).

From Tuesday 27 January 2026, all memberships are non-refundable.
