Terms and Conditions – Children’s Chorus 

The Children’s Chorus cost is £240 for three academic terms until Summer 2027. Payment is due by Friday 26 June 2026.

Before the term starts

Scottish Opera reserves the right to cancel a course. If a course is cancelled, all parents and carers will be notified, and refunds for the full course amount will be issued within 14 days.

During the term

If your child is not able to continue with their membership for a medical reason, or due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly by emailing childrenschorus@scottishopera.org.uk.

Please note that due to deadlines in place around children’s licences and the production rehearsal schedule, we are not able to offer membership refunds to children taking part in any Scottish Opera production beyond the Children's Chorus, such as Turandot. Instalment payments policy

If you have chosen to pay in three instalments, you will be charged £80 on the day you register, £80 on Friday 15 January 2027, and the remaining £80 on Friday 16 April 2027. The money will automatically be taken from your account on these dates, charged to the same card you used to process the first payment.

In the event your second payment fails, you will receive an email prompting you to pay the remaining instalment via our website.
