Josefine, our first ever animated opera short, produced in partnership with Maestro Broadcasting, has won the Emi Mammoliti Award for best short film at this year’s Messina Film Festival – Cinema & Opera!

On 18 November, we are excited to be launching a new, trauma-aware, inclusive, accessible vocal education resource, created by our Education Artist in Residence, Lea Shaw, entitled The Small Magician, which enables participants to healthily challenge and build their vocal technique and knowledge from the comfort of their own home or chosen space.
A talented group of Emerging Artists join us for the 2024/25 Season: soprano Kira Kaplan, mezzo-soprano Chloe Harris, baritone Ross Cumming (returning for a second Season), bass-baritone Edward Jowle, repetiteurs José Javier Ucendo Malo (also returning) and Meghan Rhoades, and costume trainee Beatrix Booth.
