Breath Cycle, our new project designed to benefit those suffering from a range of conditions affecting lung health, in particular Long Covid, begins online this month.
We are delighted to welcome a talented group of Emerging Artists for our 2021/22 Season, with soprano Catriona Hewitson returning, alongside two new singers, mezzo-soprano Lea Shaw and tenor Glen Cunningham, while Toby Hession continues as the Emerging Artist repetiteur.
Audiences can experience our short film The Narcissistic Fish on the big screen for the first time ever, as it joins the line-up of the Everyday Arias short film festival. Specialising in opera shorts that incorporate elements of everyday life, the Autumn Arias festival is the first in person festival since 2019, with The Narcissistic Fish screening at Close-Up Cinema in London on 21 September.
Following the huge success of our outdoor performances this Summer, we are pleased to announce a packed programme of indoor live events taking place across Scotland this Autumn, including the postponed tour of The Gondoliers and Utopia, Limited.
